It's time to let you know what I'm up to in the 2023-24 season!
It's an exciting year, with two house debuts, 2 house returns, and a brand new role debut!
I return to a role I had so much fun with in Lille last year - Quince in Benjamin Britten's A Midsummer Night's Dream.
This time, I'll be debuting at the Opera Carlo Felice in Genoa, Italy - the home of Pesto and birthplace of Niccolò Paganini.
During my time in Genoa, I'll be performing Vaughan Williams' Songs of Travel and The House of Life at the Teatro Carlo Felice.
January 2024 - Quince in Muscat, Oman
After four performances in Genoa, we take our Midsummer Night's Dream to the Royal Opera House, Muscat in Oman. This will be a house (and continental) debut.
I return to Lille in March to debut the role of Melot in Opéra de Lille's new production of Wagner's Tristan und Isolde. This will be my first Wagnerian role.
I return to Garsington Opera for the third time (as a principal, 5th time in total!) for an exciting role, which I have performed previously elsewhere.
This is yet to be formally announced, so I will post further details when it's possible!
It promises to be a really exciting year!!
